Homemade Protein Shake

I will polish this off later:

Ingredients:

10g mixed seeds
10g pumpkin seeds
15 almonds
250ml Spya milk
1tspn honey

Grind up seeds and nuts and place, along with milk and honey, in a blender. Blend till fully mixed and frothy. Enjoy!

This drink in full of protein needed for muscle repair after a workout. Drink this preferably within 30 min of finishing your workout!

How to do a Quiff

Hey everyone!

I have 3 followers on here now and 99 on my Youtube channel and now have 23 followers on Twitter. Myspace and Facebook are still the winners with 200-300 friends on each. lol

I love how it just grows and grows! I subscribe, follow, "befriend" so many people myself so it is lovely to get it back!

Anyhow back onto the video I uploaded!

(Bobby Pins) Kirby Grips
A Crocodile Clip
A Mirror
